Original Skin is owned by Cilla North. She’s our chief inker at the studio and is bloody good at it!

Cilla has been tattooing for well over 20 years. She is also an accomplished artist, working in oil, acrylic and the fabled pen and pencil. She founded Original Skin in 1993.

Cilla is renowned for her Japanese style work. Her koi and dragons are hugely in demand with at least 60% of her clients in for full sleeves and back pieces. She is also the resident black and grey portrait artist and does both human and animal portraits. There are some pictures of her work in the galleries on our site and more on our Facebook page.

Working alongside Cilla is artist Tallulah Belle. Tallulah specialises in traditional style tattoos, and is our resident Queen of Fonts! Tallulah has been tattooing for several years and has an impressive portfolio.

Completing the team is admin/receptionist Caz Mumin. Modesty forbids her from blowing her own trumpet about her impressive filing skills.
